• HK777 reserves the right to cancel a bonus or withhold related winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse — including placing opposing bets to lock in a guaranteed profit from bonus funds, using multiple accounts, or any other method intended to exploit the promotion rather than use it in good faith.
• If you withdraw funds from your account before meeting the wagering requirements of an active bonus, the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited. Your real-money balance will not be affected.

6. Betting Rules & Settlement

The following rules apply to all bets placed on the HK777 sportsbook and virtual sports platform. Casino game rules are governed by the rules displayed within each individual game.

• All bets are final once confirmed. A bet cannot be cancelled by the player after it has been accepted by the HK777 system, except where the Cash Out feature is explicitly available and selected by the player before settlement.

• Accumulator bets require all legs to settle as wins for the bet to pay. If any leg is voided, the accumulator is recalculated excluding that leg. A two-leg accumulator with one voided leg becomes a single bet at the remaining leg's odds.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on HK777. Violation of any of these rules will result in account suspension, permanent closure, and possible forfeiture of all funds, and may also be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable.

• Match fixing or spot fixing: Placing bets on events where you have advance knowledge of the outcome due to corruption, insider information, or any arrangement involving the participants.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market on HK777.
• Fraud: Using stolen payment details, false identity documents, or misrepresenting any information to HK777.
• Software exploitation: Using bots, automated betting software, scripts, or any technical tool that interacts with the HK777 platform outside of normal human operation.

12. Account Closure & Termination

HK777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, and to withhold all or part of the account balance pending investigation, where:

• The account is identified as belonging to a person under 18
• The account is inactive for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormancy policy applies — see below)

Dormant accounts — those with no login or transaction for 12 consecutive months — will be notified by the registered contact method. If no response is received within 30 days of the dormancy notice, HK777 may apply a monthly maintenance fee of Rs 200 against the remaining balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. Real-money balances will never be forfeited without prior notification.

13. Changes to These Terms
